US Visa Waiver and UK Residence Permit

Hello there,

I am a polish citizen living in the United Kingdom and I've got the UK residence permit. I understand that at the moment Poland is not taking part in the US Visa Waiver Scheme but I've heard that EEA citizens who have the EEA residence permit for UK are allowed to travel to US as part of US Visa Waiver Scheme. Is that correct or I need a visa?

Hi Camilo,

As from this year every visitor to the US has to apply for a visa.

This can be done on line at the US Embassy this can be done on line by UK residents, but you should check before you even consider booking any visit.
