which resort best for kite/wind surfing? help

i know dehab is meant to be good for watersports, but not sure what else is there. I mainly wanna go to learn kitesurfing!! whoop, please can people tell me the best resort and if they know any links to find more info about hiring equip,costs etc , many thanks !
