We have been skiing once before in Morzine as a party of 4 adults, 1 child skier and 4 younger non skiers. The 4 non skiers were in childcare/ ski clubs (which they hated) but what this showed us was that next time we want in house/ chalet childcare. We only want childcare in the morning and maybe a couple of eves - not all day which most places offer. We need to work out if it will be cheaper to take an extra person (or 2 with us) to do morning childcare and pay for their flight and accom. Or cheaper to get an in house nanny out there. Any ideas??
We want to go next Feb half term but can't seem to easily find our ideal set up. We aren't even fussy about the country as long as the accomodation is in the right location! I can't believe this sort of place doesn't exist.
Does anyone know of somewhere that fits the following criteria....
1. Ideally want our own chalet (catered or self cetering) for total 9 (3 or 4 beds) or 11 (if we take childcare with us)
2. Ski in and out essential
3. Area immedialtely outside chalet for kids to play/ attempt to ski/ skid pan safely
4. Quiet location but easy access/ walk to a town/ village/ restuarants
5. Lifts nearby - no bus/ car etc needed
6. Transfer time less than 90 mins from any airport
7. Outside Hot tub a big bonus
8. Not costing a fortune.
If anyone has any thoughts/ tips/ advice I would much appreciate it.
Many thanks
Beccie
Why is finding a perfect family chalet so hard?? ideas?

Findchalets.com has a holiday solutions service - its where you put in details of your tricky requirements, and lots of different companies get emailed about it all at once! That way, they can reply if they have anything suitable, and you only have do write out your request once but still get loads of info back! Just make sure you are specific about what really matters eg the childcare side of things.
