Winter Ski Holiday - Freedom Direct

I am planning a Christmas ski holiday as a surprise for my wife and kids found a few good deals here http://www.freedomdirect.co.uk/christmas-ski-deals.phtml but I have never used them before. Has anybody else used them or could you recomemend a good compnay with fair prices. Not looking for the cheapest, it's a Xmas present for the family so I want to make sure it is the best hotel etc. etc.
