worried

Me and a big group of friends (all 17 or 18) have booked a holiday this summer in Kos Town. The travel agent told us it was a good venue for clubbing holidays, however, after reading reviews I'm worried we're going to be rather out of place! Is it mainly a family resort and is the nightlife suitable for teenagers? Thanks so much to anyone that can help!

Hi dont know if I got you too late, hope not but,I worked in Kos for a number of years and Kos Town is Fab! the surrounding areas of Kos Town are quite family orientated, however if you go right into the Town Centre near the castle there is an area which is known as Bar Street wher you have various bars/clubs....which are by no means family orientated lol. it can be quite expensive so what we tended to do was start our night in Shenanningans just near town wher its a bit cheaper and a right laugh and then go into bar street from there.
Or there is Kanari Street near Lambi in Kos Town, right on the beach with a few bars there too. bit like bar street but on a smaller scale.....
